NOTE: If you do not state the size as requested, we will default to adult. Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change)
We try to have all orders processed within 7 to 10 business days (Normal Processing Time). For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 7 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via at least 2-day shipping via UPS. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at info@exclusivelyyourscb.com to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) of calculated based on your address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

The item I received is damaged!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the purchased product is faulty upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Shipping Policy
All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of standard orders and 3-5 business days for processing of custom orders. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Exclusively Yours is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.
