To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items unless it has been damaged or not as described on the caption
Used physical goods
Discounted items (if applicable)
Digital Downloads (designs, templates, etc...)
The item I received is damaged!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the purchased product is faulty upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
